All of our pieces are handmade after you place your order, so processing time currently is 3-4 weeks. Once your piece is finished it is shipped with DHL eCommerce.

We ship worldwide and tracking numbers are supplied to all parcels, so you can see where your package is at any time. Your order will arrive in a discrete and insured parcel.

For orders below $150: $30 shipping fee

Please note that you are required to sign for release of package when using DHL express services. If package is already shipped out and you need to change your address, you will be required to pay $30 to change the address. This is because DHL considers this as a new shipment and we will be charged for those changes.

Customs fees & Import taxes

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country.

As customs vary from country to country, we are unfortunately not able to advise on these charges, so we would recommend contacting local customs office for more information if you are unsure, before placing your order.

Inside the European union there is no customs tax. For the U.S it depends from state to state, usually between 2 and 5%, but please research this field to avoid any inconveniences.
